Cancellation Policy
• Booking Policy: • Bookings can be made online, in person or via phone. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. • Cancellation Policy: • All Cancellations are subject to a £10 admin fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made between 3- 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable. • In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or issue a full refund.
